color-changing bugs from South America

Some things struck me was that the bug was able to go to gold to red. It changes from gold to red is because it has fluid in it's body that makes it red when it is angered.

Some things that I learned was that if you frezze that bug when it is in it's gold state then the dead beetle. Then they took it out of frezzer and it became gold when the fluid became liquid and when it dried out it became red forever.

Some question I have are the insects rare, and if not can you hve them as a pet?

My projects

Some projects I'm doing are EOL (encyclopedia of life) FHP (Family History Project).
EOL is about us 7th graders to learn about new species and to classify them on the website called EOL .com
FHP is about us7th graders to learn about are family history about a family member that was in some world changing event in history via Family History Project.
